Configuration and Activation of Emburse Assurance
Emburse Assurance is an add-on for Captio that allows you to add an advanced layer of control based on artificial intelligence.
Activation
Current Phase
- Request activation through a account manager
- Once activated:
- Alerts will be disabled by default
- The administrator must enable them manually
Alert Configuration
From the administration menu:
- Go to Notifications → Emburse Assurance
- Enable or disable alerts
- Configure specific parameters (e.g., % tip)
Important Considerations
- Alerts are visible to reviewers in all workflows
- They do not affect the “skip step” functionality
- Additional messages are available in English (for now)
- They do not yet appear in exports (CSV/PDF)
Future Development
- Greater alert customization
- New progressive alerts
- Better integration into reports
