Configuration and Activation of Emburse Assurance

Emburse Assurance is an add-on for Captio that allows you to add an advanced layer of control based on artificial intelligence.


Activation

Current Phase

  • Request activation through a account manager
  • Once activated:
    • Alerts will be disabled by default
    • The administrator must enable them manually

Alert Configuration

From the administration menu:

  • Go to Notifications → Emburse Assurance
  • Enable or disable alerts
  • Configure specific parameters (e.g., % tip)

Important Considerations

  • Alerts are visible to reviewers in all workflows
  • They do not affect the “skip step” functionality
  • Additional messages are available in English (for now)
  • They do not yet appear in exports (CSV/PDF)

Future Development

  • Greater alert customization
  • New progressive alerts
  • Better integration into reports
