VAT recovery with simplified invoices can be somewhat tedious. This is why at Captio we have developed a module that facilitates the collection of this information; in addition, apart from you, those users that you designate may also access this module.
Of course, if your company has more than 100 users, we recommend that you contract VAT recovery with us, so you do not have to do or worry about anything. If you want more information about this, just get in touch with us.
How does VAT recovery work?
To access this information, go to Home> VAT recovery
In this panel you will find the information you need to recover the VAT from your expenses:
- Supplier, so you can get in touch with them.
- VAT percentage, previously defined during the configuration of the expense categories.
- Link to the expense receipt
- Total amount
- Recoverable amount
You can download this information in an Excel file (selecting the providers of interest to you, or all together, according to your criteria) or download the receipts in PDF (image of the receipts, one per page, accompanied by an Excel including, for each one, a reference code of the report to which it belongs). We will send the downloads to the email address of the user making the request. Remember that you can activate this module for whomever you choose during the User Configuration process.
