The lists offered by Captio limit the number of elements that can be displayed to 50 each time. However, it is possible to manage more than 50 elements simultaneously.
To select more receipts than those shown on the screen, follow these steps.
Click the box in the dark blue header.
This will select all the receipts, including those appearing on the list and those that do not. The system will request confirmation of this action (text with a yellow background that appears above the header).
When you click on this link, the system will indicate the total amount of the expenses that have been selected.
Once this selection process is complete, you can continue to perform the action you want, whether adding expenses to a report or removing them. The action will be applied to the elements selected.
