The environment's administering user can revert a report to "Draft" status as follows:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Find the approved report and access it.
- Click on the Revert to Draft button.
4. A confirmation window will appear, where you can choose to continue (if you want to revert this report to the Draft stage) or cancel the action.
Once the report has been reverted to "Draft" it will be available in the reporting user's tray and you can proceed to delete it.
This function is only available for the administering user, and only for approved reports.
Before reverting the report to "Draft", you should verify whether the report has already been recorded or not, as if it is reverted, and subsequently reapproved, it could be duplicated in the accounting.
