NOTE: This functionality is available to users having created reports, which are in status Draft or Rejected. All report in any other status-for example Approval requested- can only be viewed (not edited).
You can edit the custom fields of a report already created while it is in draft or rejected. To do so you will need to:
- Sign in with your access credentials to the Captio App
- To modify the custom field associated with a report from the Captio app, select the Reports option from the main menu. To display it you must select the icon with the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen. (This menu is accessible from all screens).
- Enter the report you want to modify and click on the pencil icon that appears in the upper right corner.
