DEDUCTIBLE EXPENSES (MEXICO)
Distance from User Location in Exports (In Progress)
We are adding a “Distance from user location (km)” column to Expense
and Report downloads. The value will calculate the distance between a
user’s office and the expense location to simplify mileage validation
for deductible-expense rules.
Status: In progress. Availability: Planned for a future
web release.
Default and Reassignment for Locations (In Progress)
A new Location Settings option will let admins set a default company
location and reassign users when a location is deleted.

REPORTS
Persistent Report Filters
Filters on the report page now persist between sessions. Your selected
criteria remain stored until you reset them, so you can quickly continue
where you left off.
Benefit: Faster report review with fewer repeated steps.
Bug Fixes
Delegated Trip Approvals Display Correctly
Trips approved or rejected through delegation now appear properly in
the “Reviewed” tab for both the delegator and delegate.
