You can add a ticket to a report from the Reports/Reports option in the main menu. To open it, you must select the icon with the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen. (This menu is accessible from all screens).
Within this section, you will see several sections: My Reports/My reports (reports pending approval), Approved/Approved (history of the last 12 approved reports), and if you are a report reviewer, you will also see the Review/Review section.
From the My Reports/My reports section, you can see all the reports that are in Draft/Draft status (pending approval request), Rejected/Rejected (pending correction), or in Review/Review status. Within the My Reports/My reports section, you can only add tickets to reports in the first two statuses (draft and rejected).
Click on the report where you want to add the ticket, then click on the button at the top right:
Next, a window will open with the list of pending tickets. You can select all tickets or one by one as you wish to add to the report.
After selecting them and clicking the Add/Add button, the total amount will be recalculated to include the value of the newly added tickets.
