[App] Installing the mobile application

Captio has a native application for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry devices. To install the application on your device, use your phone to access Google Play (Android devices), App Store (iPhone devices), Amazon App (Blackberry devices) or Windows Store (Windows Phone devices).

In any of them, search for “Captio” to access the download page of the application and then select “Install”. The application will be downloaded and installed on your mobile device.

After installing the application, run it to start. You will be taken to the authentication screen. Here you need to provide your username and password. Your username and password will be provided to you by the administrator. If you do not have them, contact the person responsible for the Captio implementation process at your company. There is no need to create a new account.
