Expanded Alert Configuration

Administrators can assign Emburse Assurance alerts to users, approval workflow steps, categories, and payment methods.

Administrators can also apply alerts automatically to new users, categories, and payment methods. These options match the configuration available for standard alerts.

Consistent Alert Visibility

Proactive Emburse Assurance alerts display only when they apply to the configured user, approval workflow step, category, and payment method.

These criteria apply consistently across expense lists, expense details, counters, exports, and report PDFs.

Correct Characters in Imported XML Files

For users who import XML or CFDI files, accented letters, the letter ñ, and other special characters could display incorrectly.

These characters now display correctly in both the preview and the saved expense.

Improved Digital Expense Import Layout

For customers using digital expense imports, the title and action buttons in the import window could appear misaligned.

The title, buttons, and spacing now display correctly when importing electronic invoices, PDF documents, and images.

Receipt Images Load in Expanded View

In some cases, a receipt image did not load when a user opened it in an expanded view.

Receipt images now load correctly across the supported expense templates.

TRAVEL

Travel Options Match Configured Profiles

Travel could display type or category selectors without available options, particularly after a migration from the newer Travel experience.

Empty selectors no longer display. Users see only the flight, hotel, car, train, ferry, and other travel options available in their travel profile.
