Features

EXPENSE

Process XML Files for Expense Data Extraction

Captio now processes uploaded XML files (CFDI) to extract expense data, including issuer, receiver, taxes, and totals.

Previously, data was extracted primarily from PDFs. XML is now used as a primary source, improving accuracy and reducing manual edits.

Improvements

ASSURANCE

Display Assurance Alerts in Report Preview

Assurance alerts were not visible in the report preview.

Alerts now display in the preview modal, helping users identify and resolve issues before submission.

MOBILE APP

Improved Assurance Alert Translations

Assurance alerts previously displayed inconsistent language combinations.

Alerts now show consistent translations, improving clarity for multilingual users.

Bug Fixes

INTEGRATIONS

Manual Reconciliation Alert for Card Transactions

The manual reconciliation difference alert did not trigger for some card transactions.

The alert now works consistently across all supported transaction types.

TRAVEL

Airport Selection Error in Delegation

Users accessing another account with a different language setting could not select certain airports, resulting in an invalid destination error.

Airport selection now works correctly based on the delegated user’s language.

PLATFORM

Delegation Process Performance Issue

Delegation could stall during processing, impacting login performance.

This issue has been resolved, restoring normal delegation and login behavior.
